Hi,
I have tried running the game through ARC and Steam same issue. Game will run for about a minute then the monitor cuts out and static comes out of the speakers. Have to hard reset to get computer back up. Verified minimum specs and tried to uninstall and re install. Lowered graphics settings. Updated NVIDIA Drivers Cleaned out previous AMD graphics drivers and still the same issue. Logs are attached. System specs are below. Let me know if you need anything else.

That sounds more like a really weird hardware issue imo. Sounds like the game is making something on your PC work too hard until it just gives out.
Mind attaching some logs from the game, as well as your DxDiag?
