The Target “Juan Nepomuceno” will not spawn in Cobalt Mines on the Europe Server at least. Waited over 30min, friends of mine with the same issue. Cant change the Serverregion. Will the instance reset?

people only kill mission objective including me and dont kill other 2 or 3 others in group
but there was a despawn timer if one or more npc dead in group if i’m not wrong?

You have two options - kill all cartel targets on the map or trying relogging. Also this target is on pretty long respawn timer ( I remember waiting 17 mins for a respawn even when all map was free of cartel pilots).

there should be one.
well at least he spawned…but no clue what it finally triggered.
