obsolete modules or weapons removed from all ships

As I logged in today I got the attached message. I play almost every day so don’t understand why this now pops up.

Looking through the game log I found only these warnings:

nothing even remotely related to incorrect equipment.

Btw. where are the notification messages stored? Are the accessible in a file or are they only on the server?

I got something similar a few days ago. I checked all my ships and nothing had been changed on any of them.

I think there is a bug since the latest patch. When you are in the equipment of a ship you can see if a weapon is installed on other ships and then you can steal it from the installed ship and have it installed on the current one. When I replaced a thermal weapon with EM weapon (can’t remember which one) the ammo was still thermal and was not removed.
