I have no idea what this is, but I have seen this attack blank log from crashing in an astroid. Perhaps try to be more descriptive of what exactly happened?

Oops. Maybe it was when I die on the perminent warp thing in that one abandoned outpost map. (like enter it in the wrong angle)
The warpgate are also mentionned in the death recap, secondly, no engineer in his team so no Crashgate available. He was flying a LRF, and again if he killed himself with a Torp, that should be mentionned too.
The cause is lag according to [Oryngton](< base_url >/index.php?/user/241766-oryngton/)
Check the log is the best way to confirm.
