[O] Connection lost during battle , frequently

We reciveving connection issues (disconnection) since after 7.10 update.

 

Today is worst.

 

Disconnected 5 times (both me and my wife). We use different Internet Connection and login from different places.

 

Many other people (about 5 other ) have same issue too. Connection get lag severly but while that i open ping to Google and Yuplay sites , they all report Reliable speed (200-300ms) .

 

 

Please check , it seems Server problem or Cluster problem (that we frequenly seen in other similar MMO , World of Tanks)

 

or can be gateway problem too.

List of ports required for the game:

TCP 80, 443, 3800-3815

UDP 35000-36000

Required ports for the launcher:

TCP 27022-27042, 6881, 8090

 

For connection related problems use the Connection Tester. You can find it in your Game folder. Star Conflict\con_tester

Using Steam? You can find it in the installation path of Steam. Mostly C:\Programms\Steam\steamapps\common\Star Conflict\con_tester

 

Make sure these ports are all open for the game.

 

We had similar issues because ports are not open. Sometimes Router block them so make sure you have connectivity. My game usually uses this port: 35014 for connection while playing.
