[O] Cannot connect to the game

Hello,

I have strange connection problem since last update. I also noticed that I cannot access website (but I can access it through proxy, like now). I suspect it might be some DNS related issues, but nothing I tried (like flushing dns cache or changing entire DNS adress) helped. I noticed on steam forums that there is at least one more guy with same problem, though no solution came from there. Anyone have any idea how to solve this? It looks like IP ban, but why the hell I would get IP ban on whole website?..

I have spoken with my ISP and apparently for some reason you are blocking the subnet (or segment, im not sure whats the proper name for it) 37.221.240.0 completely, is there soomeone who can look at it and do something about that? Thanks

Or there is actually a possibility its otherwise and that subnet is blocking Russia for some reason. I cant really say.

Problem seems to be resolved somehow, though dont know how.

Well I thought I had it resolved, but no. Time for VPN. Anyone can recommend some good EU VPN?
