Nyx xxxx Trail Still Visible

After the ship trails were made lighter and much harder to see, the Nyx was left with a fully visible trail that easily gives its location away. For the sake of continuity, I ask that it either be made clear like the rest of them, or for the change to be reverted.

Nyx’s pink engine trail is still fully visible while all other ships only have partially visible trails.

I expected it to be nearly invisible like the others.

Flying a Nyx craft.

Try it for yourself. Really.

Can you not see that it’s engine trail is much more visible than the other ships?

No way to repeat, because its “feature” of all pirate ships. Most of maps have blue or red background, that blend nicely with other ships trails colors. Pirate ships pink trails are visible from miles away because their bright color dont blend well.

I’ve looked at pirate ships as well, they have dimmed trails just like every other ship. Nyx is the only one that was left out because it’s trail is unique. It is solid pink instead of transitioning colour.

Ok, I get your point. I only have Sawtooth to compare and trail is indeed dimmed up close. Still both trails is visible from far away.

Which means that it’s a feature.

So that means that you purposefully leave a single Covert Ops craft fully visible to the enemy while all others are super-stealth? We all need to make these big decisions in our lives, but this decision was a very poor one.

(Unless ofc it’s gonna get a super cool and unique trail that has some sort of actual purpose other that giving away its location.)
