Not getting Xenochips For S. Galo Assignments

  1. Description of the problem, what happened.

I’m not getting any Xenochips for completing the open space assignments for S. Galo for the tech race. I killed the ships that were supposed to be destroyed but no Xenocrytals were added to my account even though it said I completed the mission.

  1. What did you expected to happen.

Get the Xenochips for fulfilling the objective.

 

  1. The conditions during the situation.

For the first 5 open space assignments for S. Galo to get the Xenochips I didn’t get the Xenochips.

 

  1. Further details on the issue.

Now it’s working recently & I’m getting the 40 Xenochips per assignment I’m supposed to get for the assignments I’ve done lately. Customer Support couldn’t help & told me to create a bug report about the error here.

 

  1. Frequency of occurrence.

It occurred for the first 5 assignments.

For some reason I get this error too, sometimes I get it with 1 run, sometimes I have to kill objective 3 times in different sector to complete it.

Same for me.

Also, no logs -> no bug!

I had to complete Open Space assignments for 40 Xeno-chips twice to get it! Once in Empire - Imperial Transport Hub and then in Federation - Cobalt’s mines.

Usually, it should had been completed after first attempt, but then the mission was gone and a new one was given.

I think the mission you have to kill 3 of them isn’t a bug, looking at the Cortes’s dialogue, it is just an alternative.

But this looks like a bug.

I think there is something broken with xenochip missions now. I have the PvE mission (Ariadne’s Thread) contract.

  • 1st try: Tai’kin in combat slot, finished it with Spiral ship - no reward
  • 2nd try: I put Tai’kin and Thar’ga to combat slots, finished it with Spiral - again, no reward
  • 3rd try: I put only Tai’kin and Thar’ga into combat slots (one of them must be highest available rank, right?) and finished the mission with Thar’ga - still no reward.

 

There is something fishy… I’ll try it again later and attach logs.

 

EDIT: worked for a 4th time, nevermind
