New Waz'Got Missile Slot Modules

I’d like to propose a missile slot alteration for the newest Ellydium engineer frigate Waz’Got.

In fight with Ellydium Tai’Kins with their missile main gun, as a pilot of the Waz’Got one needs missiles, often the 2-4 (more often only 1-2) Scavenger Drone-missiles are not enough, for the ships looses all its protection the same time when under heavy attack from Tai’Kin or Thar’Ga ships. And when under heavy attack one needs the Scavenger Drones as missiles.

 

O.K. here’s my presentation - like to hear what you think, ladies and gentlemen of SC:

 

(1) Light Boomerang Drones

(modeled after specs of 3 Phoenix drones > applied to 6 Boomerang Drones)
(mod for area defense around healer’s area because he is busy healing, little better basic damage output)

(mod for:  anti-Tai’Kin with its shoot’n’forget missile barrages from high above in ‘sky’ w/o cover)
(absolute 66% heal of received damage should stay same despite number increase from max 4 to max 6 drones)

 

By installing the Boomerang Drones upgrade pack in to the missile slot more room for the production of light returning drones is provided.

Light Boomerang Drones will return to the host Waz’Got ship for renewal and activation preparation anew after hitting a target and delivering their blast or reaching their maximum range.

Description:                    On activation a drone becomes a small guided boomerang missile attacking the target. Can avoid obstacles in flight. Upon delivery of their crystaloid EM-blast charge nearby allies are repaired and enemies receive damage and are slowed down. After hitting a target or reaching their maximum range, boomerang drones will fly back to the host Waz’Got engineer frigate and undergo recycling by normal activation preparation. The additional room of the missile slot delivers higher capacity for the recycling of up to 6 drones and the auto production of up to 3 drones. By picking up ship debris the engineer produces drones, attacking the enemy and repairing the ship’s shield and hull for 66% of received damage. Takes down an enemy missile in a 2500m range once every 1s. Drone projectiles reduce hull resistance to all damage by 5pts each for 5s. At ship’s hull integrity below 15% one drone switches off and disintegrates and restores 978 hull pts over 1s.

(2) Heavy Torpedo Drones

(mod used for destroyer and frigates as targets, anti-frig ball and anti-destroyer )
(absolut 66% heal of received damage should stay same despite number decrease from max 4 to max 2 heavy drones)

 

By installing the Torpedo Drones upgrade pack in to the missile slot more room for the production of heavy returning drones is provided.

Description:                     On activation a heavy drone becomes an guided torpedo attacking the target. Can avoid obstacles in flight. Upon delivery of their crystaloid EM-blast charge nearby allies are repaired and enemies receive damage and are slowed down. Missile explosion reduces movement speed by 30% for all ships in a 700m radius for 10s. The additional room of the missile slot delivers higher capacity for the recycling of up to 2 heavy drones and the auto production of up to 1 heavy drone. By picking up ship debris the engineer produces an additional heavy drone, attacking the enemy and repairing the ship’s shield and hull for 66% of received damage.  Takes down an enemy torpedo in a 2500m range once every 1s. Drone projectiles reduce enemies hull resistance to all damage by 5pts each for 5s.  At ship’s hull integrity below 15% one drone switches off and disintegrates and restores 2935 hull pts over 1s.
