Sense the newest update I have noticed graphics are much worse on mac. Changing the graphics quality doesnt do anything. I get less FPS, even though… The graphics are lower? I can no longer play multiplayer it lags too bad. And my friend on a mac book pro can no longer play at all. I am on mid 2011 iMac.
And what makes me mad is that I bought the color red for my Eagle-B PREMIUM ship, and now the graphics dont show it (or at least it doesnt show it as it was in the last update). Sooooo… This better be fixed.
Also I am on HIGH quality settings.
Edit: Theres nothing wrong with my gamma or lighting. Nothing in the settings is turned down.
Looks like the same problem I have. Waiting for a response still.
Thankfully the graphics issue is almost confined to the hanger. Occasionally sections of my screen black out for a fraction of a second, but the HUD isn’t affected so that doesn’t make the game utterly unplayable.

hey there, besides screenshots we will need logs, in order to find the root of this problem. Can you please attach them to this topic? You can find them here: /Users/***/Library/Application Support/StarConflict/
Same problems here on a 27’ Imac (Quad core i7 3Ghz, 16Gb RAM, SSD drive, ATI Radeon HD 5750).
Significant decline of game performance.
Before the patch I was full screen (2560 x 1440) medium settings at 60fps,
I now have to reduce the resolution to 720p with low settings and still have fps drop below 10fps. It is borderline playable now, even in T1 (see logs), even with very low ping (<30).
A lot of random artifacts obscure the screen for no apparent reason.
Your help solving this will be very much appreciated !
Thanks in advance, devs (Signed : your loving Mac community).
I’m running 10.9 and haven’t experienced any of these graphical errors. Perhaps, since you’re still running 10.7 it could do with older versions of Open GL. Update to Mavericks and get the latest version running, fool.
