Each Ship line that is not available in a specific faction should be made available to that faction in T5 as a special project ship.
In other words, there is no need to give new special project ships to a faction that already owns a ship line that is already able to go to rank 14.
Give it to the faction that doesn’t have that line, and it will be pleasantly accepted.
It’ll also be a nice project for the Dev team.
Here are the lines -

Federation - LRF, ECM, Command.
Empire - Guard, Tackler, Covert Ops.

This will give more options to end-game players, and it will give us even more of a time-sink into those Monocrystals that you so dearly wish us to pay for~

Guys plz they already said that they are working on unique new ships. They will still be within the normal faction class lines, but they will have super duper abilities and stuff. Maybe what he is saying is that there will be new ships that for the bill for this.
