New player, few questions.

Hey,

 

I got a few questions.

 

 

  • Medals, what are they for?

 

  • Under achievements, I got 70 medals or whatever they are. Can I use buy something with them?

 

  • Is there a way to see your kill/death ratio? 

 

  • How do I apply for a corporation?

 

  • Sometimes I end up in Tier2 missions even tho I don’t have any Tier2 ships, same with PVP. How is that possible?

 

  • Noticed some fighters have insane shield regain that last for 30-60 seconds.

   Sometimes they even outtank my dps (Assault Plasma Cannon T1 MK.III with 354 dps). How is that possible? To much Bacon?

  1. medals - no point!

  2. achievements - no point!

  3. k/d - NO (as far as i know) EDIT: some k/d rating can be found in http://star-conflict.com/en/ratings/ but it’s unpractical to use

  4. corp - You can go look in [http://forum.star-conflict.com/index.php?/forum/40-corporations/](< base_url >/index.php?/forum/40-corporations/) or ask in in-game general chat

  5. matchmaking -  too long to explain, just deal with it, we all do!

  6. there could be a lot of reasons:  engy frig is providing aura to regain shield/hull, ship might be using his active restoration module, engy frig might be using his temporary aoe fast(4 second or smth like that) regain aura shield/hull

Noticed just now that after staying in structure for some time without taking damage, you enter a heal phase.

This heal/regain effect does not stop until you reach full structure and shield.

No I don’t think so.  There are awards for staying alive with less than 10% hull for 1,2,3,4,5 minutes. I have gotten up to the 3min award myself so if there was a auto heal after so long a period these wouldn’t be possible to get

Might have been wrong about that one. Will keep better attention to my buffs next time I notice this.
