I just downloaded the latest gamer version 10.3 and now when I click play is  saying; The program can’t start because XINPUT1_3.dll is missing… CAN ANY ONE HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM ASAP PLEASE…

Reinstall DirectX 9.

Or, if you’re not on Windows, then they broke something.
