and now 2 3man squad fights 2 2man squad, still need this to be fixed…

just today: 3 people squad was facing no squad team few times in a row.

I’ve been squadding 2mans in T5 recently and not getting any games for half an hour or more, but then we solo queue and get a game in about 2 minutes.

This feature has been disabled couple of nights back, since there were some issues identified with it, should be back live when it is fixed.

Good to hear it’s not just being straight up pulled from the game. Looking forward to the fix.

t5 queue is horrible and you can’t do 3 mans.

The t5 queue is not horrible.  It just isn’t.  It’s really simple to avoid waiting a long time in it.  I’ll give you step by step instructions too:

  1. Gather a group of 5-6 of your corpmates in TeamSpeak (not in a squad)

  2. Have everyone make get their T5 lineups in order

  3. One person of that group count to 3

  4. On “3” all players click “Launch PvP”

  5. Wait less than 3 minutes

  6. Oh hey look at that you got into a match with people from your corporation…

I do this almost every night now, and I have never once had a problem with it working.  It’s really fun because it allows you to switch up who you’re teamed up with, and it doesn’t take long at all.  You’re argument saying T5 takes forever cannot be valid anymore.  It is possible to get quick good T5 matches with your corpmates on either side of the battle.  It’s fun to fight against them and with them to learn strengths and weaknesses.  Just try it…that’s all.

ping is also bad usually. that’s why i quit.

Just curious…does it make sense that T5 matches have any worse ping than any other tier matches do…? (not meant to sound sarcastic btw)

Good day.

About this case. The thing is that we have canceled for now the rule “one team - one squad”. So now there can be several of them on one side.

Also it is said “a squad of 3 pilots should face a squad of either 2, 3 or 4 pilots in the opposing team”, so a 3-pilot squad can face a 2-pilot squad.

That is correct according to the current rules. 2 and 3 pilot squads count as the same for the MM. You have two squads on each side.

Everything is fine.

Just want to know something.

When the new fix to 2-man squads is re-implemented after fixes, will the rule that only 1 squad can be on each team still stand? Or will multiple squads still be allowed on each team?

You should let me know when you guys do this. I need more T5 games, and I can get Arch to queue in with you guys.
