neuroconnector Rapidus 3

I dont know if its just me but im having problems with the crew implant lvl 13 neuroconnector Rapidus 3, stats say that my modules recharge time should reduce by 15% per every kill or damaged assisted, but im not getting either…been in the same game as corp friends who also have the same implant and theres are fine,

 

any help would be greatful

Implants only count for ships of the same rank or higher. Did you perhaps use a lower ship?
