Neodium found after PvE, but not counted for contract

Hello,

 

it happend tree times, that found unpure neodium was not counted fpr the contract.

I made a tickt…an here the bug report.

Dear guys, just check logfiles and give me 3 unpure neodium to my account…ready.

 

I think thios happens if the connection to the contract server is down.

Whats the Problem???

 

Found neodium was not counted for contract, and is not in arsenal. You dont understand that?

In order to find the cause of the issue, the full bug report is needed.
