I did that when the problem occured the first time… Support didn’t even bother trying to fix it… told me to file an error report in the forum instead.

Yes, but now you have to contact to support again. Now we know what happend and support can help. But time needed for it.

Well as i said, it was when the error first occured, when Atlas and player level was implemented, so it’s long gone for me…

I still have negative exp points,
This was -3000xp for me in total. I managed to get 650 new points but overall I’m still way back then before this new patch.

Support always says that we need to post a bug report regardless of the ticket we provided.

Before this update today I managed to get from -3000 xp points from the last update to +500 xp points before this update today
and look this now I have again -700xp points after this update.
This is not way how you keep players here.
please repair this, I’m getting tired of this really.

We had to wait several months for this… i think you can wait a few weeks…
I don’t know why do we have bug support if I have to contact SUPPORT myself??
So will this be repaired or not?
I lost more than 3k exp points. And after each new patch, I lose more.
I guess bug report and service to the customer is meh here.

If you want to return any items/scores/etc you should contact to support service.
