I have 91 fleet strength (as of this post)
When scoring high efficiency in a match, I seem to only roughly 22k synergy on a ship. I feel like this formula needs to be explained in detail or it is in-fact broke. When comparing other corporation members DLC purchases, premium licenses, fleet strength and efficiency score, I have roughly two times their fleet strength yet will only make roughly 2k more synergy than they do. Something needs to be explained and/or fixed.

I agree with you. There is some strange mechanic involving bonuses and fleet strength that does not make sense to me regarding synergy gains. Numbers really need to be explained here.
Please stop commenting on PVE - this isn’t a PVE versus PVP question.
The issue is I have PURCHASED all DLC that gives me synergy bonus, I have PURCHASED every premium ship and now have a total of 91 fleet strength and I have PURCHASED a premium key. The formula needs to be explained or it is broke in this SCENARIO I am bringing up.
I am not getting what I paid for in this game and if I am, it’s misleading because they have obfuscated the formula/mathematics to make people think it’s worth purchasing…
The intent is to either fix a potential bug in this system or to bring to light the formula used.
What else do you want to know? Nothing looks wrong with your synergy gain.
On top of that there is still “soft” cap on synergy gains per ship, i.e. after reaching certain level gains are subject to diminishing returns, those caps are much lower in PvE. Which means that at some point even if you kill 2x more than your teammates you will get relatively same synergy. Thats how it is. Same thing in PvP but those caps are way-way higher.
Flying a premium ship - I seem to get significantly more flying a premium. More than 15% that the free synergy is accounting for (20% versus 5% of normal ships)
What more do I want? I want it spelled out what the formula is. I want my bonuses that I bought in DLC to actually show up and read out in the game.
Premium ships generate not only higher value of free synergy, they generate way more “regular synergy” (and i belive those soft caps on synergy are higher as well) and credits, they considerably higher modificators to synergy/credit gains build in the ship. Each ship has it is own modifiers (according to ship rank).
Synergy is not dependant on your total efficiency
There is a soft cap for synergy gain with diminishing returns
Soft Caps are different for each ship RANK
Each next ship rank generate more synergy and credits
Prem ships have higher internal modifiers for synergy and credit gains, and have higher synergy soft caps as well.
So, a softcap in pve makes Fleet strength and dlcs useless because of diminishing returns. In my honest opinion, they could explain that before people spend their money.

actually no, when you go higher in ship ranks and when you complete PvE much faster than in 14 minutes, difference is way more noticeable, because you dont hit deep diminishing returns.

You are getting A LOT of sinergy with that ship.
When i do a PVE, with one ship only (normal one and not elited) i get barely 15k (on a VERY GOOD ROUND).
****I dont have any DLC that increases my syn gain. I only have license.
If i could get that much syn on PVE it would make the leveling process of crapceptors very easily for me. (im bad int pilot).

I regularly get that much in PvE with a premium ship involved. If you’re interested in the synergy, there’s a trick that can help but I’m not sure if it’s “working as intended” or a bug.
