[NB]Spawning late into a match: First spawn when match already in progress

Players do not all spawn into a map at the same time. Some players get to spawn early while others get to spawn late. For the players that spawn late, this puts their team at a disadvantage as their team is in the initial skirmish (and a player short) when they spawn. For the players themselves their opening moves are limited because they have to conform to what the team is already doing already instead of trying to lead and also some openings (warpgate drop on spawn to help team get to initial skirmish fast) are impractical for them. 

 

I suggest initial spawn times for all players in both teams be equalized. I understand this will make the fast-loaders wait more, which is annoying for them, but will prevent the better computer/connection => team advantage, which is the situation today.

 


 

how to reproduce issue: press “launch” button in hangar. Problem will manifest with high fidelity. Screen resolution and graphic modes do not affect issue.
