The server will be offline for maintenance until 12:00 CET.
During this downtime we will apply patch V 0.8.2.
But http://www.timeanddate.com/library/abbreviations/timezones/eu/cet.html told that.
Important
CET is currently not observed because locations are on Daylight Saving Time.
During this time of year, locations on CET are now on CEST (Central European Summer Time) instead.
No body use CET to day. So you should tell us wrong time zone.
It might be because of Moscow did not use daylight saving time this year but “Central European” still use daylight saving time. If you hard-coded system to auto convert MSK to CET and MSD to CEST, it would cause bug like this.
Please, tell time zone format as Time zone offset UTC+1, UTC+2 for international user. It easier for you and the system too because it just use the universal format directly instead of convert between local.
