[NB] New sound for alien lock on tackler's drone

When an alien locks your tackler’s drone, you hear the same noise as when aliens lock your ship.

 

It’s surprising the first time, then it’s only disturbing. I think it is not intended and it’s a bug.

 

So pleas give us one of the following :

  • create a new sound for alien locking your tackler’s drone. (BEST SOLUTION)

  • disable the locking sound for aliens locking drones

  • create an option for those who want this sound

This is on the bug report section but it’s not a bug, so we mark it so if Skula is browsing the bug subforum he wont have to lose time looking a this thread. 

About the suggestion itself this should be either move to the suggestion subforum or a new thread opened (?)

And now we have a suggestion that isn’t a bug! Oh, forum problems.

 

I’ve never actually dealt with this problem, but I imagine the easiest solution of all would be simply to have no lock sound for people/npcs locking your drones at all.
