[NB]Energy regen / burst speed cost

Hi pilots !

I don’t now if it’s a bug or if that works as intended, but I notice that some of my ships still drain energy when their post-combustion energy cost is below their max energy regen… Is there an issue somewhere ? A hidden modificator that I am not aware of? Or is it a bug that need to be reported ?
