Is this “Feature” Intendet or Bug Using?
I’m actually more worried about people mistaking my unintentional disconnections as deliberate attempts to run away from a bad match. Most of my disconnects occur on the EU servers, and at best I get around 5% loss.
Anyway, back on topic: if you suspect someone DCed deliberately, I believe you can report them for doing so (right click their names on the battle results page).
The problem is that is difficult to indicate disconnect is for purpose or its really connection drop.

In this situation only the player (loaded in the game) with the Hightest “SR” of your team is selected as the captain.
If this happen, you should report the player ingame and explain what he did.

Report me aswell. I did it because I was afk and I got an engineer. And when it happened the new captain system wasn’t implemented. It was just bad luck.
