Please explain to me why my game erased roughly 80k Free synergy.
I will no longer support this game or pay for premium play if this is not corrected. It is not worth my time and money to have my progression erased slowing me to lower tiers. I play games for fun not for headaches and pocket picking.

Where do you send a ticket there is no spot under star conflict that sayst help ticket. The only error reporting message says go on the forum which I did and post it which I did
You have to log in, then, when u’re on your account, you can send tickets and look at your activities (tickets previously sent)
