My xenochips were never estored before the event ended.

I ground out that last event pretty hardcore for somebody without means to go to half the galaxy, I lost about 100-120 xenochips last week due to some kind of error on your side, and made another 360 since then. I was saving for the Blade of Aressa pack, but now it’s all gone. Since the event is over I would be fine with just the Blade of Aressa to be added to my account. My in-game handle is MajorJakas.

Did you contact support as I told you yesterday? Also those things are handled almost exclusively by customer support, so better write to them.
