Multiphase Shield as an AoE???

I just noticed that you can get buff assists with the Multiphase Shield, as it has an extremely small AoE around the module. Allied ships within the shield radius on the destroyer get a resistance buff. X3

I also suggest that it do some part in shield regeneration in its active state. Thx bai.
