Mouse cursor freezes in Hangar

After about 10-40 seconds in my hangar the mouse cursor freezes at the exact same position every time I play. (A little bit left of the weapons slot)

 

Tested the following things so far:

 

nVidia driver 340.52 and 344.48

Different graphics settings

 

What seems to stop the problem from happening is to play in borderless window mode.

But I have another problem going on that the game crashes to desktop without any error message when I play in windowed mode…

 

Only have had problems since I switched to the Steam version of SC maybe I should switch back to the normal client…

 

Specs:

 

Xeon 1230v3

8GB RAM DDR3 1866

GTX 670 Custom

I had the Xeon E3 1230v3 before my current 70c i7, but as far as this issue, does it freeze outside of the game? Like if you Alt-Tab out of the game, can you use your mouse?

 

On windows the logs should be located here:

My Documents -> My Games -> StarConflict -> Logs -> <Find the right time> and upload the logs, and report the crash along with the logs.

 

Also, try disabling steam overlay for SC, and see if that changes anything.

Yeah my cursor is perfectly fine in Windows but when I Alt+Tab back to the game it is still stuck to one position.

Haven’t had this problem with Oculus so far. Usually bugs are more common in Oculus than in regular play. Kinda funny. ^^

 

Probably some multimonitor or graphics problem.

OK, This can be closed down. The problem was the new version of EVGA Precision X 16, which I use for OSD and OC.
