Mouse Button 4 and 5 not working anymore

Hi,

 

bug as stated in the title.

 

Got a “sharkoon fireglider” driver seems to be up to date.

 

I used to place “free aiming” on on of those buttons and it used to work until the Dread patch or one

of the minor ones.

The buttons do work with other programs.

 

 

Any idea?

Two possible issues:

 

Is your button still bound in the settings? Sometimes, it’ll get a bit weird.

 

If not, is your mouse driver set up well? I know my razer mouse used to switch mouse buttons 4 and 5 before I wrangled it back into a reasonable setting.

Thanks for the advise…

 

The button is still bound in the settings, due to cloud saving.

 

But if I try to bind it new, the game won’t recognise it.

 

And in my browser the buttons still work, it’s only Star conflict where it doesn’t.

 

 

 

EDIT: Problem solved (changed my mouse profile without noticing it)
