You can monetize your video, however its not officially supported by Gajin and its associates. Also, there is no official criteria for monetization, its approved or denied per request after a short review from the dev team.
Monetization on youtube also depends upon views. YouTubers who have YouTube as their full-time job will get paid far more for their videos than a casual YouTuber will. The full-time YouTubers are on regular schedules, often uploading multiple videos a day, getting hundreds of thousands, if not millions of views.
I personally tried monetizing some YouTube videos I have made (Star Conflict or other games), but I have yet to receive any money from it (despite several videos having over a hundred views)

I have videos over a thousand of views, the max is nearly 7k, and after considering taxes, it is not worth really.

From my channel, accumulation of views is 200,000 and I have earned about 20 dollars lol. Not enough for the minimum but is fun for me people say you get something like 1000 dollars per million views if you are popular.

Once you have a good partner, it usually goes around that, 1 dollar per 1000 viewers. It also depends on the country where the viewer is and your partnership deal.
