So, how does your disintegrator scale, what’s the damage?
It’s 14.4k dmg with a mk4 weapon…I’m guessing it’s somewhere around 15k dmg per shot with mk5.

Oh wow, so it scales like Mk.3->Mk.4 despite the weapon damage itself increase being much less.
That means guided torp will hit for 10669, plasma web for 4862, and combat drones for 914 damage (T5).

Plasma web is not a lot of damage. Thermal on top so most of it gets resisted on reasonable builds. You deal way more damage with a few shots from the main gun.
It’s useful because it’s a damage over time so prevents the target from beacon capping or using stealth. The odd recon aside I don’t think I’ve ever killed anyone with plasma web that I wouldn’t have killed with other means anyway.

Web is weak. Get high regen and it does nothing. At most it brigs down shields on my recon. Then hull regen starts to work.

It’s not THAT easy to hit a dodging Recon with enough turn speed, but yeah. And if I can get away, the web still kills me

what about making %damage instead of standard damage for the plasma web? 10-20% of the maximum health could be great.

Yes, % damage or similarly to collision damage, frigates get twice, fighters get simple, inties get half. Or something.
