So Ive had this mission for months, I’ve played and beat almost all the different missions, pve and pvp and there has been no progress in this mission, is it just stuck forever?

You need to stay in a jerico faction (in the contracts menu) till you win those two games. If you are switching factions for the different contracts, the mission counter will reset.
In case that doesn’t work, try contacting support.
