Guys, rank 12 Tacklers have no Singularity Cannons since the patch, is that normal?

I still can put the singu can on it.
You probably have all your current singularity cannons equipped on other ships. The weapon itself has become a drop just like (probably) 75% of otherwise standard items.
Just go to the atlas, find the respective rank weapon and click on it to find what sector it drops in.
