Any transactional issues that involve real are to be solved by the support not there in the forum. Try to contact them again and make them clear that the issue is a not received DLC.

If the ship was purchased last night (yesterday mostly) then it may have been caught in the minor roll back after the servers went down.

Thanks I missed the ‘Submit Request’ Tab at the top thats pretty bad too since im an avid LRF player lol.
