I got to the free ship for stage two on a pass won in a competition and today the option is no longer there to take it I have no tclaimed it yesterday or today but now shows I have to pay gs for them as you can see I got to that
part and had not claimed a ship as yet can this be resolved ?
Contact support, but don’t expect any help from them any time soon. They have a record of being pretty useless unless it involves account problems and issues like that.
You can open the support page in the game by hitting esc, then clicking suport. Log in to that website and click “new ticket” in the top right.
Done that there is no New ticket area at all in logged in or otherwize

I finally found it it was not quite in the same place as you kindly have shown they keep closing the ticket and I keep reopening it ah’ll keep at it many thanks for the help

As it was explained before - the free ship comes in a form of 24 hours 100% discount. If you activated the stage - you had 24 hours to pick up the ship. If you didn’t - only support can help.
