I was just in Meurto and could not leave through any of the warp gates. After hitting “C” the 30 second timer would start making me indestructible but no warp. This was repeated 3 times at each gate. Safe log-out worked.

This happens when server gets lag, on different zones. Logout, wait a while and try again.
