(Maybe) Final game review by some nub

My stupid review. Totally biased, based on emotions and anger towards where the game has headed. (As kosty described it)

He was not wrong, not like I care. Just want to see your thoughts about it, or not.

Also may explain to some people why I am no FM anymore, guess someone got upset about it.

I am not going to discuss my motives nor my opinion. Since it’s what I think.

 

I am considering to change it whenever the state improves (which I doubt will happen), but hey, gotta stay all positive, right?

Yes yes hold it I am sure the game is thriving in new players w/e I can’t cope with packs for R5 ships that are ahead of all others when grinded for for 50$, that’s grind to death or pay in my book, or simply put close to P2W.

I also can’t cope with a trade system based on ripping off the players (since based on GS + tax), and being abused by select individuals to abuse others to gain profit, we already got devs ripping us off now starting to get ripped off by other players too, is that where it’s heading? Or all the other BS I could go mention, regardless of the advantages this game has. I won’t start complaining about positive and helpful advise given throughout the years (not just by me) that was sincerely ignored. Instead replaced with some methods to milk us even more. In what spot of priority list is user experience?

Drop your opinion here if you want, or something. Or your aguments so I can beat them down for the most part. (Related to facts I mentioned, not myself)

In what world this could be helpful? 

 

Long story short, looks like your review did not have as much traffic or attention as you wished for, hence this post or that is one of the “let me attempt to slam the door, very loudly, while I storm out angrily!”?

Well I saw quite a few red reviews on there compared to blue ones (most recent). So yeah, some people find out after the initial excitement of space game what is going on.

 

Some day I might write a review too. But for now, I’m just hanging around to see what’s going on ;_)

well i think kosty amongst others sometimes seem to think these negative reviews hurt the game

and you are just trying to get attention

which is just trying to get their own attention

Maybe I should make my “quitting the game” attention-seeking post now! Even though I stopped playing daily a few months back and stopped playing at all a few weeks back, it could still generate some amusing attention and drama

i never said you are not trying to argue contents. in a way, you are the one who at least argues me to accept another perspective.

i for one am just sad, that the game isn’t really fun, and also saw big potential in its core; and to be honest, i think, omega is spot on when he says, the actual enemies of that success are the ones making it - even if it’s maybe not even on purpose, and even if of course all that hate etc. is of course hard to accept, as both you and me would not do it like this. and i think you are sad about that, too, and just direct the anger in another fashion against those, who you feel should have been less hurtful.

it is actually the same anger, just different in expression, but just searching for someone to blame.

 

some can float a long time with blaming others. i am an expert at that.

I’d agree about that, if not for the thing that I was this way from the start, even back when everything was “fun”. So while it can well be the form of directing an anger, but most likely it is originated from a totally different source

What a wasted opportunity! I guess I like to drama this because this hurts me, a lot. Damn I really loved playing this game but we have gotten to a point where no matter how I turn the tides, it will simply not work. My credit card is not ready for it. And even if it was, I would not do it. I see people leave the game left and right. No it’s not dying there are a lot of new people. But I think I am simply not willing to endure a new generation, not the way this goes right now. I just hope that in a year or two they got what they wanted, and can invest back into the community. I will be around to witness that day. Just not play until then.

Everyone has there own experience of the game.

 

Personally I want you vets to leave so the game is more fun for people like me with slow pc (super low fps) or others that just suk at the game overall.

 

No offense or anything, just leave! lol

 

Really, don’t be a hater about it either… you paid your way and made your indention in the game and are WELL known so time to move on and play other games.
