yeah we had the same problem when t1 counted towards weekly leaderboards and random people trying to boost win loss for fake stats
Also for GS victories weekend… I played t2 PVP and encountered so many “veterans”, it actually became a challenge! People actually killed my Hydra 2’s attack drones for once!!! :005j: I think I spoiled a couple of people’s days by stealing their “guaranteed” win also…

I will never understand why people tried to farm in tier 2. It is much easier to farm tier 4. In fact you can see scores in the weekly and they are almost the same than in the first week.
By the way, your team has always chances even against superior enemy forces, yesterday i was fighting against 4xESB with a “Meh-Squad” in my team and we won. (Beacon Hunt - 0:175) You should try to motivate your team, that is sometimes very helpful.
Why farm in T4? Farm in T5! Same enemys but your ships are better.
And i speak the truth i tried T1 for half hour or smth and it was funny and boring to the same time, it’s just like Tillowaty gameplay there, PewPewPew and not more. And i seriously met ESB guys.
But in my eyes T3 is the best tier, you can do there everything depending on gamemode and situation but in general it’s best.
If u search the fun while winning you have to do smth for it as well.
For some reason, I get more games in T4 than in T5. Also, I like to get Slayer of immortal medals
And how long are you queueing for that? I tried solo-queueing both with T4 only and T5 only ships yesterday EU prime time but gave up because it took too long. Before Invasion we used to get T4 only games easily, now even with T4/T5 combined they’re hard to get.

Around 1 or 2 mins at peak time. Sometimes more, sometimes almost instant. I don’t care, I usually alt tab and play some facebook games in between, or in this particular weekend, I was watching the WCS stacraft regional finals meanwhile.
There is a fundamental flaw in the matchmaker, a flaw that has nothing to do with player population. For most games, you’ll find that one team has mostly weak players, maybe one or two that are good – but the other team has 4 or 5 that are good. This has nothing to do with player population. The game already found enough people for a match, it just put too many good people on one side.

By the dark powers of the Frig-Baal, thread, ARISE!
Although yes, this is still an issue, especially with small games. The problem is that there’s no real perfect way of measuring how good a player is. I mean, I know one or two names that are good, and could probably rank them roughly in order, but I couldn’t even begin to tell you that sort of information for thousands of people.

“Enough people…” Maybe enough for a 5v5, if you are lucky…
In fact, the flaw has everything to do with player population. If you fly in a 12v12 game, you will rarely notice a team imbalance, as there are plenty of players to cover up any unskilled players. In small games (6v6 or smaller), unskilled players are a much bigger detriment to the team, and the gap becomes much more noticable.
