This is wrong and you can say what ever you like.

It would be better if you test it instead defending what is badly done.

It will not allow him to launch with anyone with R8+ ship as highest. But yes, it’s a twink.

I played about 10 games on r9s and did not get any r13+ ships, unfortunately.

I’ve been playing a lot of R9 lately too and only two or three times I saw R13’s. It doesn’t happen often which is kinda weird compared to the last MM we had.
