the lvl 10 implants does not work on command modules. in the implant description there is stated: does not affect restoration and survival modules.
valkyre, aegis or gravi-scaner modules are not affected either.
They won’t, those aren’t considered survival module but command modules. The same goes for engineers. The survival modules are the personal shield and hull boosters, flares, the resist boosting modules.
Edit: I think it was late when I wrote that, so I had it backwards and was thinking of Empire R8.
i wrote exactly the same: the list i made are from command modules, and are NOT affected by lvl 10 implants. thats incorrect, I suppose, based on the implant description.

What you relay have to do is make screen shots of values befor you apply the implant and after, and post them, I do not have command ships in t4 so i can verify what you are saying and otehr cant be bothered, so you have to do it yourself - make screen of an implant + effect power then swap implant, repeat.
(Just to be sure, you are trying it on T4-T5 commands and not in the warehouse, right?)
