lost connection to server reason: internal server error

hi,

 

I used to play this game a lot a few months ago and now i installed it again on my new pc but everytime i launch the game i get the following error message: lost connection to server reason: internal server error

I already tried making it an exception to my firewall but that didn’t work and it says ïnternal server error" so i figured the problem might not be on my end. Any help?

How long does it take from click the login button to getting this message? If you get this message several seconds later, at least the client is trying. If you get this message immediately, then you may want to look at your network settings.

I have the same damn problem.

 

I contacted the Tech Support Team, but after three days, I’m starting to think they’re incompetent…

lost connection to server chat. —then was booted from server.  when trying to log back in got internal server issue . now i am getting a que to log in
