Agree with g4borg, my suggestion is making loot lockable, because when several loots are closed to each other, like fuel and collectable, sometimes you just want the fuel but keep getting the collectable and have to drop and loot again, or when you try to dump things to pick up new things but ended up picking your old dump again. By making loot lockable, you get a visual idea where the loot is and can loot the one you wanted to loot.

I can’t emphasize it enough, how well the Freelancer UI worked (not in the loot department obviously, because it just dragged in everything in range).

Okay, First they should secure the loot system (Only the killer or a member of the group that killed the ennemy can Loot/TractorBeam the loot for 30 secondes, then everybody can loot it) , revamp the “Kill system” (not based on the Last hit but on the %Dammage deal).

 

Only works on the loot from ennemies. 

I don’t know, man, and what would be the range on this? Biggest annoyance in looting atm for me is fuel interfering with loots, and some what harder to spot these containers if they are 1000+ away, other than that it is fine with me. Well Maybe increase  loot area to 350-400 to help out with high ping servers or keep loot activation at 300 but don’t break it at 300, rubber bend it till ~400 then break it.

so what is a purpose of a tractor beam then? does it loot automatically everything in range or you have to activate it.

The spatial Scanner is equiped with a Tractor beam increasing by 100% the loot range.

 

When a Spatial Scanner is equiped the range loot is now 600m (instead of 300m).

I had my Reaper up to 593-ish with one of those Gravi-slingshot thingys that you can pick up. You know, the one that Commands have as an active module?

exactly what i meant, and if it would work that way, you could just aim at that sphere, its big anyway.

I also have a feeling that one sphere with faily long respawn will turn into a regular slaughter when Invasion will go Open Beta, and if not the slaughter, the waiting queue line would be so fun to surprise nuke raid of 3+ CO’s
