Hello,
not sure if this is the right board, but i did not find a more appropriate one, so…
I would like to aks if somebody wants to team up with me. I have played for 5 days now, am currently flying a Katana and thought it would be more fun to fight together with another player in PVP and PvE.
I normally play around 17 to 23 o clock german time.
So if you are interested, give me a call. TX
Erik
Just find randoms to play with you. Right Click name and choose invite to squad.

Are you looking for someone to teach you the tricks of the trade, or just a semi-reliable wing man?
If all you want is the latter, then try talking to someone who looks like they knew what they were doing after a match. There are plenty of people who’ll take a few matches with a group.
If it’s the former, you will probably have to put a bit of leg work in first. One of the reasons the better corps tend to be picky about their members is that it takes a fair bit of time and effort to train up pilots, and they don’t want to waste that time on someone who’s going to stop playing in a week’s time. If you can find someone, get a mic and get on teamspeak. There is a lot to learn in this game. It’s very easy to think it’s a simple game, but it’s not; it’s easy to pick up the basics, but it takes work to master the finer points.
I can say from experience that having a mentor is very, very useful. Having someone tell you what to do the whole match might not sound fun, but when it clicks and you start flying that way automatically you’ll see why it’s worth it. Just picking up a few simple tricks of the trade can see your death count drop and your end-of-match scores jump up considerably.
What Jasan said. I never had a serious mentor though. I just asked around for tips from different players. Other than that I learned by myself.
Also there are other ways to learn how to boost performance number wise besides skill wise. Pay attention to what buffs/debuffs are being applied to you. It is the bar in the top middle of your screen. Also notice what boosts and stats your ship has and learn how to optimize your ship builds. Ask xKostyan for help. He has absolutely the best ship builds ever.
Search through the options and switch info for ships to all info.
Oh, one more thing I’d add - Tier 2 and Tier 3 are borderline different games. The lack of module slots on T2 ships means a lot of the power builds from T3 and up flat out don’t work down there. As such, being good in T2 doesn’t mean you are good in T3, and vice versa.
Es gibt deutsche Corporations die dich gerne aufnehmen und dir neben Mitspieler auch Hilfe, Trainings, Events, Guides anbieten
