Without Teamspeak I fear your choices are going to be more limited to the less organised corporations - but I wish you good luck in finding a home

That makes a fair bit of difference, I would make sure you mention that wherever you may apply. A lot of people are going to want to know your age and where you’re from (mainly for timezone purposes) as well
