every time I have tried to login today I get an error with arc accounts, this happens after the Star Conflict launcher, at title screen when login icon is activated I get an error message

yea today I try to loging at the star conflict login screen and I get server disconnected arc service interaction error
I have been trying to play Star Conflict for the past couple of weeks.
I always get this error message.

After a couple of patches ago I was able to play one day then the next day same error message again.
What is wrong with this game?
