“Win a battle with no-one losing a ship” ?! … It’s not impossible, but it’s close. This is a bad choice for a contract.
Also, if you sign both of the “destroy X ships attacking our beacons” contracts - the tier one and the tier two contracts - you cannot complete them at the same time. The game “helpfully” chooses to allow you to complete the tier one contract, and shows the tier two contract as still 0/3 ships.
Nevermind about the first one - it’s a nice contract - it doesn’t require that no ships on team are destroyed, just that your own ship isn’t destroyed (aka, ‘fear me’).

I’m also doing Legion, atm. And I can guarantee you you do not need to get a Fear Me medal to get the Rank 1 Contract completed. And those contracts rely on THEM having the “Beacon Attacker” buff on them. Meaning they have to be within the Beacon’s range to count as a kill for the Contract.
I just finished Legion (with finished I mean reaching lvl 9 so I can buy blue things on tier 3) and the most annoying contracts were those ones to kill ships attacking my beacons. I never knew when the kill/assist would count or not, so I just spammed mineflieds with an Engi and let the mines and drones hit so I can kill/assist in the beacon without doubts.
I think Gaijin should change what counts as a beacon capture / beacon assist. Namely, if a ship is within 750m of a beacon it counts as capturing it. No exceptions.
The current model annoys me in two ways. First, when you get shot as you approach the beacon (and keep getting shot) so you never count as capturing it, and get no reward for drawing all the fire that allowed your allies to capture it. Second, whilst completing that Legion contract, the same thing happens in reverse - you hit an enemy 800m away from the beacon, kill him within 50 metres of the beacon, get no reward because “Nope, he wasn’t trying to capture it!”
If taking damage didn’t stop people capturing, it could open up a whole new and exciting meta. It’d also make Guard rushes less of an annoyance.
