Literally no difference aside for the skin. It was awarded back when Leagues were relevant.

I think ARC was given for subscribing using ARC platform (which is some cheap version of steam)
For leagues champs, it was named differently and I think DENDI was not on that team.

ARC is Perfect World’s games platform. You got ARC laser ages ago when you signed through that, I dont think it works anymore. It has the same stats as pulse laser.
The name of the SCL laser was “Champions Laser”.
