I have windows 8 x64 system, in every match doesnt matter pvp ,or pve my language always changing by itself, and its a bit annoying,coz to change it back i need to turn of the game.Tell me plz how to fix it.
You mean the chat lanuage? If yes, you need to check your windows keybind for changing keyboard layouts.

Let me explain,key changing combination for windows 8 (windows+space), but in game chat this doesnt work.Keys to change (shift+alt),but this keys are using for ship control,thats why language always changing by itself and it is bug.Ship controlling must be independed against chat -_-.
This is not a bug, it is caused by windows.
Please change your key combination for switching language layouts.
Go to you Control Panel -> Choose Language -> Click Advanced Settings -> Click on Change language bar hot keys
Now you can click on change key sequence to change them .
