Are you asking people, to offer such services and their invested time for free, by volunteering, or do you plan to compensate them in the game by GS currency - Galactic Standards on a monthly basis?

Lampshadius is from Canada, I think. He would be a perfect choice.

However, he alone must decide, if he is fit enough to do this.
