Item crafting error: Storage is full

I have 997 of 1500 slots for storage filled and I am getting this crafting error. I believe I should have 503 open slots but I can’t craft anything.

Character name = Baccup

There is a best new feature, most of the items is limited to 200

Same here, got 1500 slots but saying it’s full.  Can’t even manufacture basic mats.

That is the new feature. 

You can’t craft or loot anything if you already have >200 of this component.
