`when i first played this game my ships tole me the have ress around 70-100 but since yesterday the info tells me i have -30 to 30 ress the point is i dont see negative ress on other player ships and since yesterday i go nearly down in no time while i last the day before way longer ( at least it feels so )
so is this normal … just an visual bug or are my ress realy this low and i got some creepy crawler ?

As a new player you get a little “newbie” protection for a few days.
you call nearly 130 ress a little … and 1 or 2 days seems short since i see players that are way older than me with 100 ress on the ships

You can use modules/skills to get resists
sure but to drop down around 100-130 ress is hard … at least an “remaining beginner protection” sign should be on the screen and tells what it gives ya … so that you know it when you start ( and dont wonder if all your team mates have way more ress
so hope this will be taken as an “we think about an implementation” part
